The City of Reno is off track with their GHG emission reduction goal for 2025 included in our Sustainability and Climate Action Plan. This goal keeps us in sync with the Paris Agreement. I asked the City Council to develop a plan to get us back on track for 2025 and for the even steeper reductions for 2030. You can watch the entire two minutes of my testimony here.
