This is the chart that made me re-consider my professional mission. This is a summary of our historical and projected net Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions produced by the Nevada Department of Environment Protection. Can we not together find 3-4 Million Metric Tons of CO₂ equivalent (MMTCO2e) of further GHG emission reductions in the next two years while holding other emissions constant? Could working together to meet the 2025 goal put us on track to meet our 2030 goal? Where are we having these conversations?
